The Overcome program includes education, education is power!  There are many  educational videos within the Overcome program and serve as excellent learning aids in an effort to understand what is happening in our mind/body and how our tools help break the programming errors that lead to activation (anxiety, panic), and deactivation (dissociation, depression).

Your facilitator will provide you with a link to purchase our Overcome! Book & Workbook (combined), which contains educational support information for material covered in class. Our workbook (comes with the book) has a step-by-step process to guide the creation of a daily program that suits your current schedule and lifestyle. You will be given a customized tracking chart to help remind you and keep help keep your daily practices organized and manageable. We provide videos for key education components as well as additional audio recordings with guided practices, downloadable Yoga sequence cards, a self-regulation toolbox to help you uncover your inner power and gain control over a run away nervous system. We take a lot of pride in the materials we have created to support our clients through the process of regaining control of their lives.
