Work one-on-one with a highly trained TIYT™ Clinical Facilitator.  Private sessions offer more guidance  in creation of a personalized daily protocol, and are  tailored to your individual needs.

Group Online Programs

At this time, none of our Facilitators are offering in-person sessions due to the uncertainty & risks associated with meeting in large groups in closed spaces.

The Online and Hybrid series will have downloadable pdfs, no need to purchase the book/workbook, but it is an option.
Your facilitator will provide you with a link to purchase our Overcome! Book & Workbook (combined), which contains educational support information for material covered in class. Our workbook (comes with the book) has a step-by-step process to guide the creation of a daily program that suits your current schedule and lifestyle. You will be given a customized tracking chart to help remind you and keep help keep your daily practices organized and manageable. We provide videos for key education components as well as additional audio recordings with guided practices, downloadable Yoga sequences, a self-regulation toolbox (within the book) to help you uncover your inner power and gain control over a run away nervous system. We take a lot of pride in the materials we have created to support our clients through the process of regaining control of their lives.

We DO NOT recommend that you discontinue taking prescription drugs without the consent and supervision of a medical professional. It is very important to be under a physician’s care if you plan to discontinue medication. Discontinuation of anti-anxiety medications can lead to severe reactions.
