1. Overcome! with Genevieve Yellin

An evidence based program, offered since 2009 that has helped thousands of people regain control of their nervous system. This program includes mindful movement, breath work, meditation & other tools to break debilitating reactions (anxiety, depression, panic, any dysregulation).
This course is a hybrid model:
PART ON-DEMAND
You will be given access to our amazing online education platform to view professionally produced content for participants to complete at a convenient time. There will be new content each week for 8 weeks.
PART REAL-TIME
Genevieve will offer a "Live" virtual Yoga class - Every Friday from March 17 - May 5, 1pET-2:30pET - A community gathering to practice together and to support the week's material. The "live" virtual meeting/class time will be time to practice the skills that were covered in the education section , and will include time for a QA about the week's content (from the on-demand or real-time sections).
The "live" sessions will be recorded if you are unable to attend at that time.

4. Managing Menopause: A Natural & Holistic Program

An evidence based program, offered since 2014 that is focused on helping women manage symptoms that may arise during the menopause transition. This holistic approach includes mindful movement, breath work, meditation, Ayurveda recommendations, & other tools to help our bodies manage difficult moments that may arise as our bodies adjust to menopause.

This course is a hybrid model:
PART ON-DEMAND
You will be given access to our amazing online education platform to view professionally produced content for participants to complete at a convenient time. There will be new content each week for 8 weeks.
PART REAL-TIME
Genevieve will offer a "Live" virtual Yoga class - Every Friday from May 5-June 23, 11aET-12:30pET for a community gathering. The "live" virtual meeting/class time will be time to practice a gentle Yoga routine, and cover the skills that were covered in the education section; we will include time for a Q&A session about the week's content (from the on-demand or real-time sections).
The "live" sessions will be recorded if you are unable to attend at that time.
