PLEASE NOTE: On the first day of class, you will be given the IYT 200hr manual, which is copyrighted by Joseph LaPage. Once you receive the manual you have accepted a $150 fee (included in the tuition) for the manual. This fee is non-refundable; if you drop the program after you have received the manual, $150 will be deducted from your refund; absolutely no exceptions will be made. Returning the manual will NOT reverse this IYT policy.

Refund schedule:
~A student will receive a refund of all tuition paid (including full deposit) if he/she cancels enrollment up to 2 weeks before the program begins.
~If a student cancels or withdraws within less than 2 weeks of the first day of the program, a $75 fee will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit, and the remainder of the deposit and tuition paid to date will be refunded.
~If a student withdraws or is terminated by Sundara, after the first day of the program, a $100 withdrawal fee and a $150 manual purchase fee will be charged and the refund of remaining tuition paid will be based on the 200-hour clock-hours of instruction. If the student paid full tuition ($2895) the refund will be $14.47/credit hour.  Payment plan refunds will be figured according to the amount that has been paid, not full tuition. 

~Students must submit a written withdrawal notice to make a withdrawal official.  The time of withdrawal will be based on the receipt of the written notification via email, or postmark of a USPS letter. 
~If a student is terminated by Sundara Yoga Therapy, the last day of attendance will be the effective date of the termination.
~If Sundara Yoga Therapy Teacher Training cancels a program, all tuition paid will be refunded.  Refunds will be totally consummated within 30 days after the effective date of termination or withdrawal.
~You will be required to sign a copy of this refund stating that you are fully understand and accept Sundara Yoga Therapy’s IYT training refund, termination and cancellation policies.
