Please note that Private sessions (Private Yoga Lessons, Duet Private Lessons, Triplet Private Lessons, Private Yoga Therapy Assessment, and Private Yoga Therapy Follow-up sessions) must be purchased in advance to guarantee the appointment.

How to Pay:

Please use the Google Checkout button below; you may also call the studio to give your credit card over the phone (we do not write down or save numbers, so please do not leave your credit card information on voicemail), you may also stop in the studio at your convenience and pay in person. By purchasing the private session, you are accepting the cancellation policy terms.

Less than 24 hour notice cancellation:

We require a cancellation fee of $25 if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We book many private lessons each week. Holding a space, and then cancelling with short notice does not give us enough time to fill that space and may result in loss of business. The remainder of the balance will appear as a credit in your account, and may be used toward the payment of a future appointment, class passes or a special event. No refunds will be given. It is unfortunate that we cannot make exceptions, as all reasons for cancelling could be "valid" reasons, that is subjective and we do cannot be a judge and jury. We are simply seeking an equitable exchange for, and respecting our Yoga Instructors' time and energy.

24 hour (or more) notice for cancellation:

Cancellations with more than 24 hour notice will be honored with a full credit to the client's account. The credit may be used toward a future appointment, to purchase class passes, or an event. Please give us as much notice as possible.

If Sundara cancels within a 24-hour period:

We respect your time, and value you as a customer. If Sundara must cancel within a 24-hour period, you will be given a full refund and a $25 credit in your account.

By purchasing a private session, you are accepting these terms.
