Yoga is a system of personal transformation: a series of interrelated concepts, ideas and techniques designed to transform our lives. Through these 3 experiential workshops, you will gain profound tools of Yoga which facilitate the movement from suffering to joy and from ordinary to extraordinary.
All levels are welcome, all workshops include practice & lecture.

Intro to Vedic Chanting Handed down from generation to generation, vedic chanting is one of the most powerful tools for developing peace of mind and concentration. A good singing voice is not required to experience the depth of this tradition. Saturday, 2:30-5:30pm: Patañjali's Yogasūtra
Applying Yoga to Daily Life-Patanjali's Yogasutra is the source text of the philosophical school of Yoga. In this class, you will learn Patanjali's ideas for good living and ways of improving our relationships. Sunday, 10am-1:00pm
Course Planning Fundamentals
The effects of a yoga practice are not arbitrarily achieved; this workshop will present key concepts related to structuring yoga practices to achieve different effects.
