The Integrative Yoga Therapy Teacher Training program gives students in-depth skills to teach Yoga as a vehicle for total wellness. Along with offering Yoga classes with a focus on health and healing to the general public, IYT graduates teach Yoga-based wellness programs in a wide variety of complementary settings including hospitals, businesses, and other complementary health care settings. IYT teachers also develop special focus programs, such as Yoga for back care, MS, depression, and many other health conditions. The intensive training will incorporate a variety of specializations and complete the Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour Yoga teacher certification program. When graduates complete the program, they may register with the Yoga Alliance to become a 200RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).

Weekend Cohort for students that work full-time:
Complete your IYT Training before the holidays! Friday, Saturday and Sunday, every other week, beginning September 10 and ending December 5.
Friday: 5pm-9pm
Saturday: 7am-5pm
Sunday: 7am-5pm
+ 1 Wednesday evening per month:
September 22 5pm-9pm; October 20 5pm-9pm; November 17 5pm-9pm

Three-week Cohort is ideal for out-of-town students:
One full week once per month, September through November.
Training weeks:
September 20 - 25 Mon-Sat, 7am-5pm
October 18 - 23 Mon-Sat, 7am-5pm

Prerequisities
A minimum education level of a GED or high school diploma is required
At least one year of experience in yoga (does not have to be continuous)
