FREE INFORMATION ON HOW TO CONQUER ANXIETY
General Anxiety Disorder is a programming error
This page contains links (above) that lead to pages (pdf format) of information that will give you free guidance on how to begin simple practices that will help you battle anxiety and chronic stress. These simple practices (breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and imagery) should be practiced as often as possible-a minimum of 15 minutes a day. You may not notice an immediate effect; some feel more relaxed after their first exercise, and most who practice diligently begin to feel a difference within a week's time; many have completely conquered their anxiety in 8 weeks or less, without any other interventions. Please see the Medication alert below. The more time and effort you put in, the quicker and deeper the effect. The process may be slow, but the practices go to the root cause of your anxiety disorder, not simply masking it as medication will. An anxious response to disturbing thoughts (fear of losing a loved one, fear of your financial future, etc) is a "programming" error; your brain is sending danger/distress signals when there is no immediate danger.

If you are considering coming off of your anxiety/depression medications, please do not do so without being in the care of a phyisician.
DO NOT STOP TAKING ANY MEDICATION WITHOUT THE ADVICE OR SUPPORT OF A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL
**Medication & Alert**
We DO NOT recommend that you discontinue taking prescription drugs without the consent and supervision of a medical professional. It is very important to be under a physician's care if you plan to discontinue medication. Discontinuation of anti-anxiety medications can lead to severe reactions, resulting in seizures, coma or worse. This information is not intended as a replacement for your healthcare providers services. The practices offered on this website are intended to give you some tools to break the cycle of anxiety and stress in your daily life. If you are currently seeking help from a healthcare provider, discuss these techniques with your provider to ensure that they work in concert with your current therapy.
