The Extended Stay Deluxe is the closest to our property, they offer room rates from $49-$79 depending on the length of stay and the days of week. Every room has a full kitchen (2 burner stove-top, full refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, dishwasher, dinnerware, etc). Some rooms have a pull-out couch, so you can potentially share the room with another participant in our programs, and save half the room rent per night. You will not need a rental car if you stay at this property. The Stay Bridge Suites is located on the opposite side of the highway, so travel on foot is not convenient; you will need to walk to the nearest intersection to cross the highway (Research Blvd/183). Several different room types available, all have a fully equipped kitchen. The room rates are between $75-$115. Our clients that have stayed at the Stay Bridge Suites report that the property is clean, well managed and the front desk staff is very friendly.
