Friday March 26: Healing Sound Meditation w/Steve Daniel

Nourish your own processes of awareness and transformation with Steve Daniel, a didgeridoo player who creates sacred soundfields for meditation, spiritual practice, and healing. This series will provide simple sound healing practices you can combine with the mind, body, and spirit work you’re already doing. We’ll explore techniques such as Vibrational Memory, Sound Journey, and Spiral Mandala in these ongoing informal classes.

This is a popular event, therefore we have made it a monthly offering: the last Friday of every month.
