Nourish your own processes of awareness and transformation with Steve Daniel, a didgeridoo player who creates sacred soundfields for meditation, spiritual practice, and healing. This series will provide simple sound healing practices you can combine with the mind, body, and spirit work you’re already doing. We’ll explore techniques such as Vibrational Memory, Sound Journey, and Spiral Mandala in these ongoing informal classes.

Cultures around the world believe it is just as important to finish a dream from your sleeping life, as it is to have closure in waking life. Join us as we explore how to complete a dream. Remember the sights, sounds, and tastes of your dream with techniques you can easily apply at home. Through relaxing guided meditation, begin to finish your dream by accessing your inner wisdom as a guide. Please bring a journal for reflections. $5-10 suggested donation requested.
Naya Jones is a local meditation facilitator and conceiver of the first Ishtar Project holistic fundraiser in Austin.
Victoria A. Vlach is a skilled Dream Guide who has worked with dreams for over 30 years. Her eclectic and intuitive approach, using a wide variety of techniques, enables dreamers to connect with their dreams in a personal and meaningful way.
